GSPH has over 110 highly skilled and well educated employees and is committed to their continuing education and training. Many of our employees are certified instructors and trainers that provide ongoing training for all disciplines and levels of our work force.

- GSPH has been involved in the construction, expansion, retrofit and upgrade of hospitals and medical office buildings since 1986. Over 67% of our work force is experienced in and certified to work on medical gas systems.

Training
GSPH Inc. is committed to having the best trained workforce in our field and invests heavily to that end.
- We currently have five NCCER (The National Center for Construction Education and Research) certified in-house instructors for our apprentice program.
- We have two certified in-house NH Code Review instructors for the continuing education of licensed employees.
- Our course curriculum is state and federally approved.
- Our safety officer is a certified instructor for OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour courses.
- We have implemented computerized tracking of licensing, certification and educational requirements to maintain local, state, federal and other regulatory agency standards.
- Our workforce is highly experienced in all phases of mechanical construction and service.
- All plumbers are licensed.
- All welders are certified.
- All apprentices are registered with the state and attend apprentice schooling in conjunction with on the job training.
- All medical gas installers are certified by NITC (National Inspection Testing Certification).
- Our estimators, project managers and production supervisors are encouraged and provided with the means to continue their education and experiences in our industry.
